1N5408 Power Rectifier Diode is an axial leaded general-purpose rectifier in the DO-201AD package. The device features a diffused junction, high current capability low forward voltage and low reverse leakage current. Maximum repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm of 1kV. Non-repetitive forward surge current IFSM of 200A.
