The L6206PD is a DMOS dual full-bridge motor driver IC from STMicroelectronics, realised in BCD technology that integrates isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on a single chip. Rated at 8–52V supply voltage and 2.8A continuous output current (5.6A peak), it is designed for driving DC motors, stepper motors, and other inductive loads in robotics, industrial automation, and embedded motor control systems. The PowerSO36 package provides excellent thermal performance for sustained operation.
