CompareSTI3411A S15B Voltage Regulator is a high-current, efficient step-down converter for portable devices. It supports currents up to 2A from single-cell Lithium-ion batteries and achieves over 90% efficiency at peak load. With a 100% duty cycle in low dropout mode, it extends battery life. Operating from 2.3V to 6V, it can regulate output voltage as low as 0.6V. Its high switching frequency reduces external component size and switching losses. The compact, thin SOT package makes it suitable for space-constrained designs.
This device offers two operation modes, PWM control and PFM Mode switching control, allowing high efficiency over the wider load range.
